What is your return policy?

Because product integrity cannot be re-verified once a package leaves our custody, chemical products are not returnable after they ship. Defective or incorrect orders are always replaced or fully refunded — file a claim within 14 days of delivery. Loss, theft, or damage in transit is covered when you add Shipping Protection at checkout; without it, risk of loss passes to the buyer at carrier handoff and we assist with the FedEx claim.
