All products sold by Gold Tide Research LLC are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic purpose.

What we are not

Gold Tide Research LLC is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, or a 503A or 503B outsourcing facility. We do not diagnose, treat, or dispense. Materials are laboratory reagents. They are not for compounding, encapsulation, or inclusion in any drug, supplement, cosmetic, or food. If these compounds were offered for human or veterinary use they would be unapproved drugs; we do not offer them for that use.

Prohibited Uses

• Human consumption or administration of any kind
• Veterinary or animal use, including any in-vivo use
• Compounding, encapsulation, or formulation into a drug, supplement, cosmetic, or food
• Resale, redistribution, or forwarding to a freight consolidator without written authorization
• Any use that violates applicable laws or regulations

Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing from Gold Tide Research, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You are a qualified researcher acquiring these materials solely for legitimate and lawful in-vitro laboratory or scientific research
• You have the training and storage to handle lyophilized reagents (typically −20 °C, protected from light)
• These materials will not be used in or on humans or animals, and not for any therapeutic, diagnostic, food, cosmetic, or household purpose
• You are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction, and will comply with all applicable laws and institutional requirements
• You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, and use of the materials, and agree to hold Gold Tide Research harmless from any claim arising from your use of them

Documentation & Traceability

Each lot is analyzed by an independent U.S. laboratory for identity (mass spectrometry) and purity (HPLC). The certificate is published on our COA page. We do not ship a lot whose certificate has not been posted. Until a lot is released, its record may show as registered or pending. Every vial is labeled with a lot number and QR code that resolve to that record. Analytical documentation describes identity and purity; it is not a claim of safety or efficacy for any use.

Communications

We do not provide dosing, administration, injection, or therapeutic advice. If an inquiry asks how to use these materials in or on humans or animals, we will refuse the related order and may close the account.

All research use is at the buyer's own risk and responsibility. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Order Cancellation & Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears inconsistent with research use, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Declined orders are refunded in full if payment has already been received.
