What are these products for?

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and scientific research use only. They are laboratory reagents — not pharmaceuticals, food, or supplements — and are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, or cosmetic purpose.

Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?

Yes. Each lot is analyzed by an independent U.S. laboratory for identity (mass spectrometry) and purity (HPLC). We publish that certificate on our COA page and do not ship a lot whose certificate has not been posted. Until then the lot may show as registered or pending. Each vial carries a QR code and batch number that resolve to that record.

How are your peptides tested?

Peptide lots are analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory for identity (mass spectrometry) and purity (HPLC, reported as percent by peak area). The certificate is published to its batch page before that lot ships. We report the compound identity and purity spec on every product datasheet. The COA describes identity and purity; it is not a claim of safety or efficacy.

Do I need an account to order?

No — checkout is open to qualified research purchasers. Optionally, you can apply for a research account; reviewed accounts receive faster order review and priority support.

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You'll see the available payment options there; after your order is reviewed for research-use eligibility, we email an itemized invoice with final payment details. Your order ships once payment clears. The full flow is described in our Terms of Service.

What payment methods do you accept?

Orders are invoiced by email after review. Current options are cryptocurrency (USDC, BTC, ETH and other majors, via a hosted payment page) and bank transfer / ACH, arranged by emailed invoice. Electronic card payment is not currently available. No card numbers or wallet keys are collected on this website. Your order ships once payment clears. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled after 14 days.

What does shipping cost and how fast is it?

All orders ship via FedEx: Ground is $15 (free on orders of $300 or more), 2Day is $25, and Priority Overnight is $60. Optional Shipping Protection ($4.99) covers loss, theft, or damage in transit. Orders ship with tracking within 1–2 business days after order review and cleared payment. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We ship within the United States only, and we do not ship to freight forwarders for re-export. See our Shipping Policy.

How are orders packaged and stored?

Products are lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides and a reconstitution solution, stable at ambient temperature for the duration of shipping — no cold-chain service is required. Vials are securely packaged to protect them in transit, and every parcel is carrier-tracked. Store lyophilized material at −20°C, protected from light. After reconstitution, keep the solution at 2–8°C for a limited time and do not freeze it.

What is your return policy?

Because product integrity cannot be re-verified once a package leaves our custody, chemical products are not returnable after they ship. Defective or incorrect orders are always replaced or fully refunded — file a claim within 14 days of delivery. Loss, theft, or damage in transit is covered when you add Shipping Protection at checkout; without it, risk of loss passes to the buyer at carrier handoff and we assist with the FedEx claim. Any unshipped order can be cancelled for a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I use these on myself or my animals?

No. These materials are not for human or veterinary use, and any such use is strictly prohibited. They are supplied solely for in-vitro laboratory and scientific research. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we make no therapeutic claims of any kind.
