Arrives as described — or we replace it

If your order is defective or contains the wrong item, we replace it or refund it in full — always. Loss, theft, or damage in transit is covered by optional Shipping Protection at checkout; without it, we assist with the FedEx claim. Claims within 14 days of delivery.

Every lot backed by its COA

Each vial is traceable to its production lot, and the third-party Certificate of Analysis for that lot is published to its own permanent page. Scan the QR code to verify what you received.

Cancel free before it ships

Change your mind before your order ships and we cancel it and refund you in full, no questions asked. Nothing is charged until you approve your invoice.

What "we make it right" means

Because these are laboratory materials whose integrity depends on unbroken chain-of-custody, chemical products can't be returned for resale once they've shipped — a vial we can't vouch for is a vial we won't sell to the next researcher. But that constraint is on resale, not on standing behind our work. If anything is wrong with what you received, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it. For damaged items, a quick photo helps us resolve the claim faster and supports the carrier claim.

Before you ever pay

Placing an order doesn't charge you. Every order is reviewed for research-use eligibility first, and if we can't fulfill it we cancel and refund in full. You only pay after you approve an emailed invoice — and even then, your order ships only once payment clears and you can cancel for a full refund any time before it does.
