What Our Products Are — and Are Not

All products sold on this site are laboratory research materials: lyophilized peptides and reconstitution solution supplied as reagents for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not pharmaceuticals, drugs, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any use. We make no medical claims of any kind, express or implied, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Gold Tide Research LLC is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, or a 503A or 503B outsourcing facility. We do not diagnose, treat, or dispense. Materials are not for compounding, encapsulation, or inclusion in any drug, supplement, cosmetic, or food. If these compounds were offered for human or veterinary use they would be unapproved drugs; we do not offer them for that use.

Eligibility and Research-Use Certification

• You must be 21 years of age or older to order. We may require government-issued identification or an adult signature on delivery.
• At checkout you must certify that you are a qualified researcher purchasing solely for in-vitro laboratory research, that you have the training and storage (typically −20 °C, protected from light) to handle lyophilized reagents, and that products will not be used in or on humans or animals — including consumption, injection, or any other administration — and will not be resold or diverted for such use.
• You are responsible for confirming that your purchase, possession, and use of these materials is lawful in your jurisdiction, and for safe handling, storage, and disposal in accordance with good laboratory practice.

Order Review and Right to Refuse

Every order is reviewed for research-use eligibility before acceptance. We may decline any order at our discretion — including where the intended use appears inconsistent with these terms — and will fully refund any payment on a declined order. An order is accepted only when we ship it.

We do not provide dosing, administration, injection, or therapeutic advice. Inquiries that ask how to use these materials in or on humans or animals, or that otherwise indicate a non-research purpose, are grounds to refuse the order and close the account.

Ordering and Payment

Placing an order on the site does not charge you. After review we email an itemized invoice. Current payment options are cryptocurrency (USDC, BTC, ETH and other majors, via a hosted payment page operated by our payment processor) and bank transfer / ACH, arranged by emailed invoice. Additional methods are shown at checkout and on your invoice as they become available. No card numbers or wallet keys are collected on this website. Payment happens with the bank or crypto processor named on your invoice — not through a form on goldtideresearch.com.

Orders ship only after order review is complete and funds have cleared. Unpaid invoices may be cancelled after 14 days. Pricing errors on the site may be corrected before acceptance; if we cancel for a pricing error after payment, you receive a full refund.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If something is wrong with an order, email [email protected] first. We replace or refund defective, incorrect, and (when Shipping Protection was purchased) lost or damaged shipments under the Returns & Refunds Policy. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may be treated as a fraudulent or abusive transaction, and we may close the account and contest the dispute with the payment provider. Billing errors (duplicate or incorrect charges) are corrected without a claim window.

Documentation

Each lot is analyzed by an independent U.S. laboratory for identity (mass spectrometry) and purity (HPLC). We publish that certificate on our COA page and do not ship a lot whose certificate has not been posted. Until a lot is released, its record may show as registered or pending. The COA describes material identity and purity; it is not a claim of safety or efficacy for any use.

Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss

Orders ship via FedEx using the method selected at checkout. We do not ship to freight forwarders for re-export. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer when the carrier accepts the package. Gold Tide Research is not responsible for carrier delays, mishandling, loss, theft, or packages that carrier tracking shows as delivered. Optional Shipping Protection, offered at checkout, provides replacement or refund for loss, theft, or damage in transit; without it, the buyer's remedy for carrier failures is a claim against the carrier, which we will reasonably assist. Export and Sanctions Compliance

We ship within the United States only. You agree not to export, re-export, or forward products in violation of US export control or sanctions laws, and you certify you are not on any US restricted-party list.

Limited Warranty

We warrant only that each product conforms to the Certificate of Analysis (COA) for its lot at the time of shipment. This is the entire warranty. All other warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your exclusive remedy for a non-conforming product is replacement or refund under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is capped at the purchase price of that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow certain limitations; where a limitation is not permitted, it applies to the maximum extent allowed.

Buyer Responsibility and Indemnity

You are solely responsible for your use of the products. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of products, your breach of the research-use certification, your compounding or diversion of products, or your violation of law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any court proceeding is the state or federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; changes apply prospectively only and never to orders already placed. The version in effect when you order governs that order.
